Refund Policy

We are always pleased to make a full refund on any goods which are returned to us within 14 days. Items should be unused and in the original wrapping. Products which have been personalised cannot be returned for refund unless there has been a mistake in carrying out your instructions. If there is a mistake due to our receiving incorrect information, then we will normally reprint your order at half-price.
